Bladder pains

Im battling to get rid of a uti that ive had now for a few weeks, on my second lot of antibiotics and go back to my doctor tomorrow, has anyone else experienced pains and tenderness in their bladder? I have no other symptoms other than that and sometimes struggling to empty my bladder properly. The last time i had one was over 10 yrs ago and i cant remember... its definitely not uterus pains... im 12w 4d
