Ovulation post marina coil

Hi,

I had my coil removed on Monday 16th September and wanting to conceive as quickly as possible. I had my first period which lasted 3 days (7th-9th October) and glow says I am due to ovulate on Saturday. Can anybody help advise how quickly it took them to conceive after having the coil removed? I have endometriosis and worried it’s going to take ages. See attached photos of glow and also ovulation test taken at 4pm.. help!
