5 weeks 6 days - worried

Yesterday I had bright red bleeding and a small clot. Naturally I FREAKED out and went straight to the doctor. The bleeding has gone away, I’m only have residual brown spotting. 🤞🏼

My doctor did a scan and said there was a yolk sack, small start of a baby, and she said there was a tiny flicker of the heartbeat (I couldn’t see it). I feel like this doesn’t look right?

Go back at 7 weeks 2 days and hoping to see a little more!
