Help!!

I’ve been in birth control for 9 months and haven’t had any problems I missed some pills earlier this month and had unprotected sex multiple times when I went to the bathroom I was spotting a little with really lightly colored and I’m not supposed to get my period for another week I haven’t had any spotting or bleeding before now and I haven’t missed any pills recently so could this be implantation bleeding or what ??
