Periods 2 times a month

I had my son in January of 2018 along with the first Depo shot. Then again (& for the last time) was April 2018. Since August of 2018 I’ve had periods every other week. Then this March and April were normal. May was back to every other week. My doc recommended going back on birth control so for July and August I went on the Nuva Ring. September was normal thought this month would be as well but back to every other week.

They’ve done tests and ultrasounds and couldn’t say anything except for my body is trying to regulate.

Has anyone else had this happen after the Depo? Or even in general? Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.
