Not sure if it’s stress this week but I started producing or well pumping less at work. Not sure what’s changed other than I’m having some stress. My son is 24 weeks. I’m not sure if he recently went through a spurt or is going through one. I’m worried since I’m pumping less it won’t be enough for him to drink while I’m at work. I just started drinking some of the mothers milk tea but not sure if that really works and I don’t want to over produce. He seems like he got heavy and long but who knows. My milk production always gets a little weird when he goes through spurts. Anyone else pumping at work going through similar around the same age?
