Thrush on nipple? PIC

I don’t have much pain, but notice some white on nipples. Want to make sure I don’t have thrush because I don’t want to spread to baby. I’m also exclusively pumping, can I give expressed milk to baby if this is thrush or do I need to supplement formula!

My baby and I had thrush a while back. You can still breastfeed if you do. It’s not that big of a deal. Does your baby have baby white spots in his mouth? Our pediatrician suggested wiping my nipples with white vinegar after every feeding, it kills the yeast off.

I don’t think you would need to supplement if you did have thrush. Are you having any burning or itching?
