Do I say something to the girl my boyfriend cheated on me with or no?

K so I started dating this guy and the second week we’re dating i went on vacation with my friends and when I came back it was weird. I asked him to his face if he cheated he said no. Fast forward 3 months later im deeply in love and he comes crying to me saying he made a huge mistake and he wants to be honest because he “knows I’m the one” he tells me he cheated on me with this girl named Hallie when I was gone blah blah blah. It turns out everyone knew and i learned that she knew we were dating and she swore that she would lie if I ever asked. I ended up sticking it out because a lot changed in the 3 months and I was just so in love and although I live on a small campus and see Hallie frequently I never said anything to her. Fast forward to present day me and my boyfriend get into a huge fight and we aren’t talking for a couple days. Cause I’m crazy and bored I go look to see if he unblocked her and he did, also he liked her most recent photo 14 hours ago. I am SO done with being pushed around that I sent him the screenshot that I know he started following her again and then I blocked him. On the mentality that I’m so tired of being pushed around I want to confront her and I I want to tell her it wasn’t cool the first time and I hope what ever hole in her heart was finally mended so there wasn’t a second with me or anyone else. Is that just counter productive and feeding into misogynistic female vs female competition or if no im standing up for my self.
