Help I’m not sure what’s happening with my body 😬

I came off the implant in May I’ve been trying for baby number two I’m 8 days late for my period however I am still having negative tests I’m feeling sick most days and I’m exhausted when would you retest I took a test this afternoon and it was sadly negative 😢 any advice please
