She’s 4 months and I just started her on oatmeal with breast milk. What do you mamas feed your babies at 4 months?

Nothing. We’re waiting for 6 months according to our doctors recommendation

She's beautiful! We're 5 months now. So far we've tried sweet potatoes, pumpkin, squash, turnips, avocado and carrots. He's loved every bit, but pumpkin seemed to be his favorite. Baby will let you know when they're ready for solids, it's not a one size fits all. My daughter wasn't interested in food until almost 7 months, my older boys were about 5.5 months. My baby now was already interested in at 3.5 months and we started solids at 4.5 months and he loves it. We've only been giving him a puree at dinner time. I plan on continuing to introduce more things slowly and in a few weeks add a breakfast feeding 🤗
