Supplementing with formula
I have a 5mnth old. And exclusively BF. But my little girl isn’t sleeping. Up every 1-2 hours feeding every night. This tired momma needs some sleep. I was wondering other moms that supplement with formula how you do it. I was thinking of supplementing a bottle before bed.
Thoughts?
I do have another daughter I BF and then got pregnant and had to transition to formula, so I am familiar with both. Never both at the same time.
