Anyone else's 2nd (or 3rd/4th/etc) pregnancy totally different than previous ones? With my son I had mild morning sickness til about 13 weeks, rarely actually threw up food, just dry heaving when i was hungry, and had mild headaches. This time the nausea has lasted until now (15 weeks) although not throwing up often anymore. But everything else is different. Constipation, low sex drive (I wanted it all the time with my son), more extreme exhaustion, moody, worse headaches and round ligament pain, acne and dry/itchy scalp. It was so much easier the first time around!
