Stomach Sleepers...

Is anyone still sleeping on their stomachs at this point? I am 17.4 and normally a stomach sleeper. Sometimes I wake up on my stomach which scares me. I’ve done reading and it all says It’s okay but remedies?? Would a pregnancy pillow help?
