My period is twice a month for 11 days each. I can bleed through a tampon in thirty minutes and a pad in less than an hour. I have the “can’t get out of bed” cramps super often. As a matter of fact, i had one in the middle of lunch today. As i was sitting at the lunch table my uterus just felt like it exploded and i mean the cramp traveled all the way up to my chest. i was super light headed and i couldn’t get up from the table it was like my whole body was frozen. can someone please help me!
