Back pain after c section

It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve had my c section. While I hardly feel any pain from my incision, I am feeling a terrible pain in my back. I talked with my doctor today & she said it really wasn’t associated with a c section but that it could be from the spinal I received. I’m just wondering if anyone else have had this type of pain? If so, about how long did it last?

My doctor says ibuprofen should take care of the pain but tbh, it isn’t helping much. I was taking that plus the oxy I was prescribed but I really don’t want to take the oxy anymore if I can’t help it. If you did have back pain, what worked for you to relieve the pain?
