I drink plenty of water in the morning and take two capsules of Mag07. Don’t be afraid of the word cleanse. It’s only a cleanse if you take the 5 capsules a day or something. I take 1 a day at night when not pregnant, but during pregnancy when digestion is slower and tougher, I take 2. It keeps everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend it. I buy mine from Vitamin Shoppe online. I didn’t take it during my first pregnancy and let me tell you, how it’s life changing. 😊

Some days yes, some days no. A cup of coffee and benefiber helps me. I also try to add more natural fiber to my diet too. Beans always seem to help.
