nose piercing
i got a nose piercing about two months ago. i was feeling my nose today and realized there is a small knot at the sight of the piercing. the skin is not raised but it feels like a hard piece of cartilage. is this normal or is it a keloid? im hoping it’s not a keloid because i know those are permanent. any suggestions on how to make it go away or what it is?
