Surprising my hubby

Husband and I have been TTC 2 years now. For the first year he was adamant he wanted to be around when I tested so we could celebrate together. As the time went on and each test was more and more disappointment he’s now said I can test without him. I’ve been doing that for about 6 months, but I feel really positive about this cycle and I think we might get a positive — should I test alone or should I surprise him?
