sever leg ache

i’m 32 weeks pregnant, all day today my lower right back has been hurting really bad. an hour or so ago my entire right leg has been hurting so bad. it hurts to stand, sit, lift my leg, literally anything. it’s a painful ache i want to cry. thought warm water from the shower would help but no. anyone else go through this? i thought maybe the baby is sitting on a nerve. idk
