which middle name?

I was 100% sure that i wanted the middle name to be Jane, but my MIL said she would like to see us name her after her mother (Ann) since my MIL is helping us through so much i would like to consider but i’m not sure if i really love it. I want to keep the middle name starting with a J so i can call her DJ and a nickname:)

I was named after my deceased grandmother that I never met. I mean it’s cool that my parents honored her, but I never met her. But I personally don’t like giving family names because every person is unique and not everyone turns out just like the person they were named after.

I don’t like JoAnn as the middle name. You can always give her two middle names or I think it’d be pretty to hyphenate Delilah-Jane then use Ann as the middle name.

Nice for family to give input long as their not pushy. Give me ur input one time and either wait til the baby is born to find out the name or wait for mommy to be to announce it.

Guys, for come of the previous comments... it doesn’t seem like the MIL is forcing her to do anything. It seems the MIL made a suggestion and she would like to honor her because of all that she’s done for her. No harm in that.
