dieting

i really wanna lose some weight and start working out but i feel like i have such a hard time staying motivated when it comes to eating healthy because i don’t really know what i’m doing. does anyone have any dieting tips ? or know of certain diets that help you shed pounds fast. i still live at home (only 19) so i don’t cook my own dinners but i can easily buy my own snacks , drinks , supplements, etc.

any tips or tricks are appreciated !!!
