TMI!!TMI!!! But I need some help

Okay, so for the last four months now my period cycle has been every 21 days🤦🏻‍♀️. Which was odd to me since my cycle has been 24 days for like ever now. As long as I can remember at least 🤷🏻‍♀️. Anyways so on Monday 14th I spotted one time and that happened until Thursday. So I spotted one time for four days straight😑🤔 this ain’t ever happen to me. So today the 19th I started my period which would make this cycle 22 days. And it’s VERY PAINFUL 😭 I’ve taken some midol have drank plenty of water and I’m using a heating pad. Nothing’s helping. What do I do
