Faint line? Possible baby #3?

So I had my period October 4th-8th (it was shorter cause we had sex everyday)

My period is usually 5-7 days and comes every 4 weeks

A few days later I started with the insane amount of cervical mucus so I know I was ovulated although it was only a few days after my period, but that’s normal for me. We had sex every other day through my fertile window.

Last week I had some serious cramping for 2 days and I’m pretty sure it was implantation cramping which I had with my second.

So I think I’m like 7 days passed what I think was implantation. Is that too early to test? And is this a faint positive?
