Spotting or period?

I’m on day 4 of spotting but nothing major. The spotting started on the day of my expected period. Tests are coming back negative. This isn’t like a normal period for me at all. I usually have spotting day 1 and then heavy bleeding and cramps for 3-4 days. Don’t know what to make of it? 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s normal to have an “off” period. Just because your period is typically a certain way, doesn’t mean it can’t or won’t change. If the bleeding started on the day your period was suppose to start than I’d say period. You can always retest again in a couple days.

Yes me too but I'm day 3 but completely thesame!
It's so confusing!
I usually have cramps and sore boobs as pms, but now I only have sore boobs..
