Ovulation pain
Is ovulation pain supposed to hurt? I’ve heard it’s just supposed to feel a little crampy on one side. But lately, the day before I ovulate it hurts worse than my period cramps and then on the day of ovulation, it moves to one side. I almost can’t bring my self to get out of bed when it’s this bad 😭 anyone else have this kind of experience??
