Post partum cramping

Is it normal to still have cramping like in my lower abdomen and stomach 7 weeks after birth? I only occasionally pump and I’m mainly formula feeding so I don’t know if pumping is causing it or what but I feel like this is weird and not sure if anyone else has experienced this ?
