Bowel movements

I will be three weeks postpartum on Monday. I haven’t really had any issues after birth besides the regular stitches, cleanings, can’t sit right, can’t walk good, sore vagina, sore butt, etc. you know what it’s like...

Well anywho, for the past couple times I have had a bowel movement. I haven’t felt like I need to go until it’s coming out. I literally just pooped myself at my mother in laws and had to shower .

Is this normal, has anyone gone through this, or should I be concerned an call my doctor
