I either have diarrhea or constipation, HELP?!?!

I’m 9 weeks and I get really constipated for 4-6 days then I have really bad diarrhea for 1-2 days after then back to being constipated. What can I take to help? (Mainly for the diarrhea)

I found probiotic pills to help a bit. I took one every morning. Also, drink tons of water.

The diarrhea is a result of the constipation. Basically if you get too backed up your body has to turn the poop to liquid to get past the blockage. So treat the constipation if you want the diarrhea to subside, even if the diarrhea bothers you more.
