lost my baby?

God forbid, i went to our state fair yesterday and rode 2 rides with my boyfriend a fast one the just goes up and drops & one that goes up and in circles i forgot what it’s called lol! but i was reading and they said i shouldn’t have done that i read the signs didn’t say anything about being pregnant and not riding it. i haven’t had any pain or blood. is there a way i could have lost my baby i’m 9 weeks and 6 days.

You will have to keep an eye but you are not suppose to get on the rides every amusement park has to have that here where i live they have like 3 different signs so you have to go thru them carefully they even have for kids ride that not allowed to ride if pregnant, i was told by my ob not to get on any because due to the force & gravity of the rides something like that is what can cause a miscarriage

You risk placental detachment and umbilical cord issues when you ride them. I chose to walk around the fair and not ride anything. My friends were cool enough to just walk and play games. Good luck.

They even had signs on the big slide and wouldn't let me ride because I'm pregnant.. I honestly dont think you need to ride them again but I'm sure you're okay. Baby is so small and snug in there.

I asked my doctor because I was going to Disneyland and she was pretty much a no to rides. I went on a few anyways but then stopped because I started to get too worried. Everything was fine! And I was further along. Not far enough along to show but in my second trimester. But I wouldn’t do it again knowingly. I think your little one will be fine.

They legally have to have a sign saying you can’t ride the rides while pregnant. Literally. Even haunted houses have signs saying you shouldn’t enter while pregnant. Also, I figured most women knew not to get on a roller coaster/ride while pregnant. Hopefully your baby is fine.

Mention it at your next appointment. You also need to take responsibility for your actions. Even though you didn’t read a sign not to ride amusement rides while pregnant, you use common sense and skip rides this year.

i went to the fair when i was pregnant with my second child and i rode about three rides . i wasn’t far along at all yet though . but she’s perfectly fine

With my 2nd didn’t know I was pregnant and went to Busch gardens and rode the rides. I had severe bleeding 2 days later found out I was 10 weeks and there was a 50/50 chance of miscarriage but thank God he was fine. He’s 10 today!

It’s possible. They aren’t really proven dangerous but also not proven to be safe. I’m pretty sure they are required by law to put signs up, so you must’ve missed it.
