Do you avoid people with colds?

I’m having a few friends over this afternoon to hang out in the pool (feels so good on the back and belly!), but one friend still has cold symptoms that started Monday. I tried to nicely mention it might be best for her to stay home to rest up, but she said she’ll just make sure not to sit right next to me. Do you think I’m being overly paranoid since we’d be outdoors? Or is it okay to essentially uninvite her? Wondering what others would or have done through pregnancy.
