If my moms blood type is O- and my dad is A+ how am I B+?????

For your blood group your dad has to be either b+ or ab+

Other than that not being your dad, theres a few other possibilities.  He could be wrong about his type, you could be a chimera, or you had some kind of procedure as a child that changed your blood type like a bone marrow or stem cell transplant, though I'm sure you would know about that and its unlikely since you dont now have O.
