Hi everyone! I’m new here - My husband and I aren’t ready for a baby yet but I’m going off the pill for numerous reasons.

I’m looking at using the cervical cap and natural family planning. Can anyone give me their experience with the cap? I use menstural discs and am hoping it’s an easy solution to the issues I’m having, which I’m convinced is coming from using the pill.
