Not ovulating help!!!

I got off depo in July I was supposed to go in on the 25th to get my next injection but never did. In June I started bleeding after getting my first shot in June. I bleed in July for a while and then in August I got what I felt like my first normal period. I had about 2 more normal periods an then my next period came 2 weeks early. I usually have 28 day cycle an that cycle was 16. Now this cycle I’m on cycle day 22 an negative digital opk. What is going on?
