We’ve been talking since February this year and I’ve started feeling an attraction in the past few months. He asked me out but I never felt ready so we still haven’t met in person. I don’t really know if what I’m feeling is actually love or if he is just a crush.

Met my SO online. Started dating 2 weeks after knowing each other (skyped a lot) and now we live together 5 1/2 years later. Yes I would say you can be in love. You're still meeting them. If they're open and honest with you they wont be any different in person. It took my partner and I 2 years before we even "met in person" because we were in high school when we met
