So I am a little over 6 weeks PP and tonight is my first night back to work. I am a third shift caregiver. I need advice lol. The 6 weeks I was on maternity leave, my husband was working 14 hour days between 2 jobs. So interaction with our son was only for a few hours at night. He keeps calling me because our baby will not stop fussing. He’s been changed, burped, fed, everything under the sun. The thing is, he’s a breast fed baby 😬 I have a feeling he is missing Mom’s touch, and my husband is holding him to provide that comfort but it’s not working for him. SEND. HELP. 😂 How did other mommas get baby to transition to a different caregiver when they went back to work?
