I have a cold sore 😭😭😭 I'm terrified of spreading it to baby!!

I woke up with a cold sore this morning and I'm devastated. I have never kissed my baby because I know I get them. Any other Mamas struggling with this? What did you do to avoid spreading it. Obviously I won't touch my face and will wash my hands every time I touch her!!! I think I'm going to buy those hospital masks to keep it covered so she doesn't accidentally touch it while I'm feeding her. I also took a dose of Valrex so hoping it clears up quickly. I'm so scared to hold and feed her 😭.
