Wanting to breast feed and use cloth diapers if possible!

Figure in clothes,medical co-pays, any baby sitting or daycare, if cloth diapering add in for detergent and liners if used and a slightly higher water bill (I clothed 3 babies). 
I think it depends on your situation. I like to over budget and have the buffer if needed, and have as much in an emergency fund going into birth as possible

For us not much. But I do daycare so we didn't have that extra expense. I also breastfed exclusively. Health insurance went up slightly from employee + spouse to employee + family. I'd say our expenses wemt up May be $100 a month max.

Daycare is what gets you. I paid about 2500 a month for my infants daycare. That's the expense that hurts. 
Look into the cost of birth. You can actually call your hospital, give them your insurance info and they can give you an estimate of birth. I paid about $4,000 for the birth of my son and they let me know that i could make monthly payments for up to a year before it goes to collections.

Luckily we had a ton of family support when our first was born so we didnt have to buy clothes, diapers, or anything really other than pay medical expenses for 6 months or so! And after that we only had to pay maybe $20-40 for disposable diapers a month. Our son is still in clothes that people buy him as gifts 😂 hes 1&1/2. And now he eats what we eat, so as long as we dont spoil him with extra clothes or toys we can get away with only spending maximum $50 a month on just stuff for him
