PPD.. Anyone else?

Had my daughters 1 month well check today & they screened me for PPD. Guess I’m high risk & need to see my OB. I’ve never had depression before, curious how antidepressants make you feel & if they help?

I take lexapro and it has helped me. I was on it before pregnancy. Stopped while pregnant and just started back on it as I could tell i had ppd.

I'm prescribed Zoloft. I can't say if it's helped yet, but I sure hope it does. Hang in there, mama.

I take Effexor. Safe for nursing and it has helped me.

I’ve been on Sertraline (Zoloft) since I had my first, she will be two in December. It’s made a world of difference and this baby has been so much easier on me because of it. It’s okay to not be okay!
