How long are your 7 month old wake windows?

& how many naps in a day? My baby will take 2 naps a day and is awake for usually 3 hours at a time

First is about 1.5-2 hours the second is 2-3 and third is 3-4.

Two naps if that- awake for 3 and awake for 4 then the second nap is only 30 mins to 45 mins. I try but she just fights her second nap half the time I don’t even try and we go about our day if she falls asleep in car then I count it! She sleeps pretty well at night
