Bleeding this AM but healthy Ultrasound

Woke up at about 5 am this morning to red blood when I wiped. It freaked me out and of course started crying. It was there for about 5 or 6 wipes and tried to calm myself down by saying at least you are going to have ultrasound in 4 hours and you’ll be able to find out what’s going on. I went to the bathroom two more times before my appointment and the bleeding was pretty much gone. Had my appointment at 10 am and I was so nervous I was shaking!! But baby looks good measuring at 8 weeks and 6 days! Heart beat was 171!! She said everything looks good but there was some blood on the ultrasound wand when she took it out and some more brown discharge when I wiped. The ultrasound tech tgot me squeezed in with a midwife who said the blood was most likely coming from the cervix.. not the pregnancy itself. I told her nothing has been out of the ordinary.. no sex anything. But she did ask if I had been constipated or straining which I had been both Saturday and Sunday and thinks that could be to blame. So needless to say I just got some Miralax... and I’m so happy the baby looks good and is measuring further than I thought! But I hope I never see blood out of my vagina again for the next 7 months!!!!!!
