Prolapse or normal?

I had my 2nd about a year ago and I’ve felt pretty much normal ever since. For some reason lately I have been constipated and I went to check my cm today and I felt a large bulge/lump as soon as I put my finger in. I then pressed down on it and immediately felt like I was going #2. Of course I started freaking out so I grabbed my mirror and looked. And my heart completely sank with what I saw. The opening to my vagina looked like it was closed, with the top of my vagina on top and this lump which I am assuming is #2 sticking up from the bottom. It look terrifying!! Ive heard of rectal/vaginal prolapse and I’m wondering if that why may be happening or if this has ever happened to anyone else.
