Bumps on baby's face?

Can anybody tell me what these bumps are? Little one is 7 weeks and they started popping up on both of her cheeks and her forehead.

My almost 7 week old has it too: haven’t seen the doctor about it yet but my mom says it will go away. It’s newborn acne

Looks like neonatal acne. My little girl had it the first month, it is fading away itself but keeping her face clean using a warm washcloth daily has helped too
