I'm happy without him

So my hubby went on a little time out, (long story) and I'm enjoying the alone time....so much that I'm not sure I want him back. He's great, but not for me (also long story). My legal and financial life were flushed down the toilet after meeting him. Problem is that I married him and have a kid to him and morally I can't negotiate my responsibility to this relationship. Where does loyalty end and looking out for your own well being begin? He's begging me to make it work...just one last time, but I'm afraid that last time will cost me eternal damage. What am I morally obligated to do when it comes to marriage?
