Cotton root bark
Ok ladies, my doula mentioned I could try cotton root bark as a natural induction method. But then she said she’s not allowed to suggest how I might administer it. The internet is surprisingly not helpful.
So, have any of you with midwives been given instructions? I’m eager to avoid Pitocin and baby is on a clock (dr’s orders).
