So thirsty, sick and desperate

Two days now I haven’t been able to keep down food or water. I’m violently vomiting every night and all day I spend conserving energy trying not to get sick. I’m weak, drained, dizzy and so damn thirsty but can’t drink obviously. Has this happened to anyone, when did it pass what can I do to help it? I’m only 9weeks. It’s flu season so I’m trying to avoid the ER at all cost 😷
