STD ?

So I’m 6 month pregnant and tonight I found something sort of like a big pimple on my vagina it’s on my left putter lip not inside . It wasn’t bleeding it was just like a pimple it was filled with pus and blood . I popped it and it was bleeding a lot . I’m wondering if it could be a pimple or std ? That’s the only pimple that I have down there . I also have milky discharge but I was told it’s bc of pregnancy.
