Nervously waiting doctor's appt

I turn 34 next month and have a son who will be 13 in May. I always wanted more kids but it never happened. I had a possible miscarriage when my son was 7 years old. I basically gave up. Well I have been very moody lately so when my period didn't start Friday 10/18/19 morning I decided to use an ovulation test to see what happens. It showed positive so I went to store and bought a pregnancy test and it was also positive. Based on my last period I'm 4 weeks and 4 days but I'm so nervous! I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to verify that I am. I'm clearly having symptoms but so afraid to get too excited.
