Progesterone strips instead of temping?

Question

Anyone used the Proov strips to confirm ovulation? I can’t temp and I want to make 100% sure I’m ovulating. I get positive LH tests every month and regular cycles but this app has made me paranoid 😅

You could have blood work done as well 5-7 DPO, that will give you quick, accurate results. I tried the strips before, they are super expensive and not 100% accurate like a blood test.  Chances are if the blood work shows you ovulated, then you should be normally ovulating every cycle... or at least that is what my DR advised me.

Doing BBT is the best and only way to guarantee ovulation has occured from home. Progesterone strips can help, but like OPKs there is more room for error and misinterpretation.
