Grocery shopping with a toddler?

Does anyone have any advice on grocery shopping with a toddler? Im so overwhelmed taking him to stores. 
My son just turned two and it’s a nightmare taking him shopping. He cries and fights getting in the shopping cart. When I force him in the cart he screams and try’s to climb out and He doesn’t listen when I let him walk.
Any advice would be great!

Walmart Grocery Pickup .... unless I can get in and out in under 15 min I’m not taking my kid in & even that is probably going to be a nightmare 😝

My daughter went through that too. I would always remind her that when she sits down like a big girl, we’d go pick a snack (like those Cheeto puff looking snacks they have for toddlers/babies) and let her eat them in the cart while I grabbed everything, then I’d just pay with the empty can. Haha 🤦🏻‍♀️ I used to get nervous about opening stuff in the store (dumb I know), but as long as you’re paying for it, people are really understanding. Good luck mama! This will pass, and it’ll get MUCH better the more he’s able to talk. You got this! 💪🏼

Lots of bribery. Lol. I let me toddler eat lots of snacks or watch my phone or iPad

Have you tried the back of the cart? You wouldn’t be able to get that much because he would need room, but my son always loved sitting in the back. I would even bring a blanket for him to sit on so the wires wouldn’t hurt his butt.
