Bump Day! 37 weeks, Due Nov 11, 70% effaced

Feeling ready for my baby boys arrival! First time mom, I was having what I assume are contractions for a few hours the other night, and on and off since, my midwife checked me yesterday and I’m 70% effaced she didn’t mention how dilated and I was having ligament pain so I was uncomfortable and didn’t sleep much so I just wanted to get home to rest!!! How long does it take to get from 70% to 100%? I’m sure it’s different for everyone but in your experience?! Wishing all you November moms good luck as we near our due date month!!!
